Construction for Fiber to the Home is moving at a slower pace right now due to the continuing rain! Churdan and Paton have crews from Central Cable Contractors in the area doing what they can. There are some contractors making customer contacts in the Churdan area to determine where equipment will be placed. Splicing crews are busy fixing fiber cables in Gowrie that were damaged affecting the west side of town. Cutover crews are currently working the east side of Gowrie making the transition from the copper network to the fiber network.
If you have any questions or concerns about construction done by WCCTA or it's contractors, please contact our office at 515-352-3151.
