1.  Sign up for this service by contacting WCCTA at 515-352-3151 or via e-mail at webcal@wccta.net.

2.  Software will be provided on a CD or via an e-mail link to a web-site.  The CD’s work best when your Internet connection is through a dial-up modem.

3.  Install the software.  It is a very straight forward process with online directions.  Additionally Security Coverage provides the only “Online Installation Assistance” available today.  If you’d rather have someone else do the installation work for you just call 1-877-373-3320 (included in the CD) to complete the set up for you.  (Working Internet connection required.)

4.  Immediately following installation and throughout the life of your subscription to this service your computer will go through a clean up and update process and routine security scanning and maintenance tasks.  In addition monthly summary e-mails will be sent directly to you so you can continue to see the value of this service.
