Originally founded in 1954 by rural Iowans seeking affordable telephone service, Webster-Calhoun Cooperative Telephone Association (WCCTA) has evolved significantly. Today, WCCTA provides fiber-driven Internet, Telephone, and TV services to homes and business across 21 growing communities.
