DIRECT PAYMENT

What is Direct Payment? 

 

Direct payment is an efficient electronic payment alternative to checks. When you use direct payment, you authorize Webster-Calhoun Cooperative Telephone Association to electronically collect the amount of your monthly bill from your checking or savings account.  

Instead of writing a check every month, Webster-Calhoun will automatically make the payment for you from the designated bank account via ACH. 

  • Fill out the form included with this brochure, authorizing WCCTA to withdraw the amount from your bank account directly. 

  • If making recurring payments, the amount due will be automatically taken from your bank account each month, choose either 5th, 17th, or 20th. *If the withdrawal date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be taken out of your account the following business day. 

  • With recurring payments, your monthly invoice will say: "DO NOT PAY THIS BILL - AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ON 5th, 17th, or 20th of the month." 

  • With single-entry payments, you have the option to pay your bill online on the date(s) that are most convenient for you! THIS IS NOT AUTO PAY. Login or register here >>> https://ebill.wccta.com/EBPP/login 

WCCTA has several options available to make paying your bill easier: 

Office: Payments may be brought into our office at 1106 Beek Street, Gowrie. For your convenience there is a drive up drop box on the South side of the building.

Mail: Payments may be mailed to WCCTA at PO Box 475, Gowrie, IA  50543.

Other Locations: Payments can be made at local area banks: 
Security Savings Bank: Farnhamville, Boxholm, and Manson 
Community State Bank: Paton
Heartland Bank: Somers, Gowrie, and Manson 
United Bank: Churdan, Rockwell City, Lake City, and Lohrville 

Online Billing: Make online payments and view your account online by visiting https://ebill.wccta.com/EBPP/login. Credit cards are accepted (extra fee applies). Please complete form and return to WCCTA.
